"Levi, all my team was doing was calling to confirm how these changes would impact your coverage in the event of a claim before the changes get processed. PIP doesn’t extend to other vehicles that don’t have PIP. You also greatly reduced your coverage for uninsured/underinsured motorist coverage. We’ve seen people upset, frustrated, and financial crushed when there is no medical coverage and/or uninsured motorist coverage runs out during a claim. These were the coverages you signed up for when you left Farmers. At 4pm when you were available you could have called in and any of my licensed team members would have been happy to help.
