"Made an appointment with Mely and she answered all our concerns we had with the Farmers problem and all other concerns. Very personable, friendly and helpful. Now that I have had a claim with State Farm beware. Once you sign up with Brian Harris’s office he will not talk to you…to busy. Left Joesph to do his clean up and also gave me incorrect information about policy requirements. We have had nothing but a run around with State Farm claim adjusters."

"Update! Not disgruntled at all and I am working with the Washington department of labor now to get my situation sorted out! I do not recommend Brian Harris State Farm. When a business owner fails to follow through on a contract and then instead of talking to you about it he ignores and blocks you it says a lot about his character. With so many offices to choose from I would strongly encourage looking for an agent that is willing to communicate and follow through."
